LOBO THAI BOAT NOODLE SOUP BASE ( WITH MALA SPICE) (🇹🇭)

Recipe :
1. Blanch rice vermicelli (100 g.), bean sprouts and water spinach or vegetable of your choice in boiling water. Drain and set aside. 
2. Boil 2 cups (480 ml.) water and add the contents of this packet.
3. Add 200 g. sliced meat of your choice such as sliced beef, sliced chicken and meatballs. Boil until cooked.
4. In a bowl, arrange blanched rice vermicelli and vegetables. Pour the soup over, sprinkle fried garlic, chopped spring onion and coriander leaves on and serve.
